Hello my name is Lisa Salinas and I am the Founder and Owner of Mia's Kitchen. Founded in 2020, Mia's Kitchen is revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy food. We take pride in our ability to deliver the most unique flavors from the twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago and share them with Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. We use the recipes of my mother Euphemia, who was fondly known as Mia. She taught me and my siblings the recipes she perfected from a young age on the island when she ran a successful food cantina. Now I am sharing those dishes with the Manhattan Beach residents and all who travel to try it. All of our food is locally sourced and made from fresh from scratch daily in my kitchen. We are available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We will provide safe service with face coverings, gloves, sanitizing, disinfecting, safe distancing and contact less delivery. Contact us with any future plans.
